Despite being born and raised in New England where cynicism is issued with birth certificates, Carla Costa is still a hopeless optimist/romantic. It s that optimism that has fueled her late night work on unpaid freelance writing, her years as an arts nonprofit administrator, a few failed relationships, and her lifelong love of indie rock.
